This includes account information (name, email, organization), wellness interaction data (mood check-ins, session engagement, journal entries). For enterprise deployments, account provisioning is handled through your organization's SSO provider.
Individual wellness data is used exclusively to personalize your experience within Jolly — session recommendations and wellness plans. We never sell individual data. Aggregate, anonymized data is used to generate organizational wellness insights for HR administrators. Individual data is never included in these reports.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Encryption keys are managed per-organization. We maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance with annual third-party audits. For healthcare organizations, we maintain full HIPAA compliance. For educational institutions, we comply with FERPA requirements.
Your employer or institution never sees your individual wellness data. This is not a configuration option — it is a structural guarantee built into Jolly's architecture. HR dashboards and campus analytics only display aggregated, anonymized data with minimum group size thresholds.
Individual users can request deletion of their data at any time. Upon account deactivation, personal data is purged within 30 days. Anonymized aggregate data that has already been incorporated into organizational reports is retained. Organizations can request complete data deletion upon contract termination.
We do not sell, rent, or share individual user data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, CDN) that process data under strict data processing agreements. A current list of sub-processors is available upon request.

Jolly provides an AI-powered mental wellness platform that includes the Nova AI wellness companion, guided meditation content, mood tracking. Jolly is a wellness tool — not a medical device, therapy service, or substitute for professional mental health care.
Enterprise and campus users access Jolly through their organization's identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account or use another person's account.
You agree to use Jolly only for its intended purpose — personal wellness support. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, extract data from, or interfere with the platform's operation. You may not use Jolly to generate content that is harmful, illegal, or violates the rights of others.
All content, design, and code are the property of ThriveJolly Inc. Guided meditation content is licensed for personal use within the platform only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Jolly's content.
Jolly is provided "as is." ThriveJolly Inc. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform. Jolly is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, contact 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or your local emergency services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to enterprise administrators and campus partners. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") governs the processing of personal data by ThriveJolly Inc. ("Processor") on behalf of the subscribing organization ("Controller") in connection with the Jolly platform. This DPA supplements the Master Service Agreement between the parties.
The Processor will process personal data only on documented instructions from the Controller, including transfers to third countries. Processing includes storage and analysis for personalization purposes. The Processor will not process personal data for any purpose other than providing the Service.
The Processor implements appropriate technical and organizational measures including: AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit, access controls and authentication, regular security assessments and penetration testing, incident response procedures. Details are documented in our Security Whitepaper, available under NDA.
The Processor maintains a list of approved sub-processors used to deliver the Service. The Controller will be notified of any changes to sub-processors with at least 30 days' notice. Current sub-processors are available upon request.
The Processor will assist the Controller in fulfilling data subject rights requests including access, rectification, erasure, portability. Requests are processed within 30 days.
In the event of a personal data breach, the Processor will notify the Controller within 72 hours of becoming aware, including the nature of the breach, categories and approximate number of data subjects affected.

No individual student's wellness data is ever visible to university administrators, faculty, or counseling staff in identifiable form.
Student account information (name, email, institution) provisioned through your university's identity provider. Wellness interaction data (mood check-ins, session engagement, Nova conversations, journal entries). Technical data (device type, usage patterns). All data is encrypted and stored in compliance with institutional requirements.
Individual data is used exclusively to personalize the student's wellness experience within Jolly. Aggregate, anonymized data (with minimum group size thresholds) is used to generate campus wellness insights for counseling center administrators. We never sell student data. We never use student data for advertising.
When Nova routes a student to a counselor, a summary is shared only with the student's explicit consent. Students can review and modify the summary before it is sent. This information is treated as protected health information under HIPAA.
Students can request deletion of their data at any time through the platform. Upon graduation or account deactivation, personal data is purged within 30 days. Institutions can request complete data deletion upon contract termination.

Nova will surface these resources if it detects crisis indicators, but it is not a replacement for emergency services.
Students access Jolly Campus through their university identity provider. You are responsible for maintaining account security. You agree not to share your account or attempt to access another student's data.
Use Jolly Campus only for its intended purpose — personal wellness support and counselor connection. Do not attempt to reverse engineer, extract data from, or interfere with the platform.
